1. How do I get tickets for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl?

Tickets for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl will go on-sale to the public on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. Request more information here: https://www.taxslayergatorbowl.com/ticketinterestform/

2. What teams are playing in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl?

The TaxSlayer Gator Bowl will feature a home team from the Southeastern Conference vs. a visiting team from the Atlantic Coast Conference or Notre Dame. Team’s will be announced Sunday, December 20th.

3. What time does this year’s TaxSlayer Gator Bowl begin?

This year’s TaxSlayer Gator Bowl will be played Saturday, January 2nd at Noon.

4. What side of the stadium will my team sit on?

The Southeastern Conference representative (Home Team) will sit on the west side of TIAA Bank Field and the Atlantic Coast Conference/Notre Dame representative (Away Team) will sit on the east side.

5.  What does pod seating refer to?

Limited capacity seating is grouped in pods.  There is no social distancing required among fans seated together in a pod, but these are the only persons you may come into close contact with. You will have at least six feet of physical distance from fans in every other pod. Your pod should consist of close friends or family.  If you wish to transfer your ticket, the Jaguars recommend using the utmost discretion in inviting a new individual to your pod keeping in mind your own risk of exposure. Guests who receive tickets from a broken pod are not guaranteed relocation options and may have to leave the stadium. Any tickets received or purchased through resale should confirm the entire pod is included.

6. At what age will my small child need a ticket to enter the game?

All children 24 months and older will require a ticket for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl. Children under 24 months do not require a ticket but must sit in the lap of a parent during the game.

7. How do I purchase car parking for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl?

8. Is RV / 5th Wheel parking available for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl?

9. Is oversized parking available for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl?

A limited number of oversized parking spaces are available for $100. Oversized parking is only valid for Game Day and can be purchased by contacting the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Ticket Office at (904) 798-1700.

10. Is handicapped parking available for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl?

Handicapped parking is available for purchase on a first come first served basis by contacting the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Ticket Office at (904) 798-1700. A state issued handicapped placard or license plate is required to park in a handicapped parking space.

11. Is there a handicap drop off area at the stadium?

There is a drop off area on both the east and west side of the stadium. At the entrance of the Lot you can request to be allowed to the drop off area. The parking attendant will give you a pass that allows you access to the drop off area.

12. I lost my tickets for the game. How can I replace them?

The TaxSlayer Gator Bowl can assist in the reprint of any lost or damaged tickets. Tickets needing a reprint can only be provided to the original buyer of the ticket from the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl. Tickets needing a reprint lost through a participating team must go through the university to request a reprint on ticket.
