1. How do I get tickets for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl?

Tickets for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl will be available through Ticketmaster by phone at (800) 745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com

2. What teams are playing in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl?

The TaxSlayer Gator Bowl will feature a team from the Southeastern Conference versus a team from either the Atlantic Coast Conference, Big Ten Conference, or Notre Dame.

3. What time does the 2018 TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Begin?

Kickoff for the 2018 TaxSlayer Gator Bowl game will be at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 31, 2018.

4. What side of the stadium will my team sit on?

The SEC Team (Home) will sit on the west side of TIAA Bank Field and the ACC/Big Ten/Notre Dame Team (Away) will sit on the east side.

5. At what age will my small child need a ticket to enter the game?

All children 24 months and older will require a ticket for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl. Children under 24 months do not require a ticket but must sit in the lap of a parent during the game.

6. How do I purchase car parking for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl?

Car parking for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl is available beginning September 1st through Ticketmaster by phone at (800) 745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com

7. Can I purchase VIP Travel and VIP Hospitality to the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl?

Yes, VIP Travel and VIP Hospitality are available for purchase through TaxSlayer Gator Bowl partner PrimeSport. Packages include tickets, hotel accommodations, souvenirs, and access to VIP pre-game parties. Please visit PrimeSport’s TaxSlayer Bowl page for more information.

8. Is RV / 5th Wheel parking available for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl?

9. Is Bus/Limo parking available for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl?

A limited number of Bus Parking spaces are available for $150. Limo Parking is available for $100. Bus and Limo parking is only valid for Game Day and can be purchased by contacting the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Ticket Office at (904) 798-1700.

10. Is handicapped parking available for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl?

Handicapped parking is available for purchase on a first come first served basis by contacting the TaxSlayer Ticket Office at (904) 798-1700. A state issued handicapped placard or license plate is required to park in a handicapped parking space.

11. Is there a handicap drop off area at the stadium?

There is a drop off area on both the east and west side of the stadium. At the entrance of the Lot you can request to be allowed to the drop off area. The parking attendant will give you a pass that allows you access to the drop off area.

12. Is tailgating allowed at TIAA Bank Field?

Tailgating is allowed and encouraged in the TIAA Bank Field Parking lots. You are allowed the use of one parking space per parking pass held. If you need additional room for your tailgate set up, you may purchase additional parking passes and display them so they are visible to stadium staff. If you are bringing an RV or pull behind vehicle you will need a special pass that will grant you access to the appropriate lot.

13. I lost my tickets for the game. How can I replace them?

The TaxSlayer Gator Bowl can assist in the reprint of any lost or damaged tickets. Tickets needing a reprint can only be provided to the original buyer of the ticket from the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl. Tickets needing a reprint lost through a participating team must go through the university to request a reprint on ticket. Please contact the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Ticket Office at ticket@taxslayerbowl.com or 904.798.1700 for more information.

14. Where is Will Call located?

Prior to Game Day: Everyone picking up tickets at Will Call will need a photo ID to verify delivery. Tickets purchased through the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Ticket Office will be available for pick up at the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Office located near the US Assure Club East entrance of the stadium between gates 3 and 4. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are only available for pickup on Game Day. On Game Day: Tickets purchased through the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Ticket Office or Ticketmaster can be picked up at the TIAA Bank Field box office located in the north end of the stadium between gates 2 and 3. Will Call opens at 8:00 a.m. Each participating school will also have a separate will call for tickets purchased through the schools respective ticket office. The schools will call areas are located at the north end of the stadium. Please contact the participating schools ticket office for more information regarding their will call procedure.

15. I have tickets to the game, but can’t make it. Is there a way I can resell my tickets?

The TaxSlayer Gator Bowl has partnered with TicketsNow to provide a service that allows TaxSlayer Gator Bowl ticket holders to resell tickets they can’t use. The service is called TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Ticket Exchange. You can click here to visit the TicketsNow website where you can post your tickets for resale at TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Ticket Exchange.

16. When can I expect my tickets to be delivered?

If you purchased through Ticketmaster via Phone or the internet please contact Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 for information regarding the delivery of Ticketmaster purchased tickets. If you are a TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Member, tickets are sent out in early December via UPS and USPS. If you have not received your ticket package by December 15th, please contact the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Ticket Office at tickets@taxslayerbowl.com or (904) 798-1700.

17. Are mobile tickets allowed?

Yes! Please log in to your TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Account page to manage your tickets.

18. Has the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl implemented the Clear Bag Policy?

The TaxSlayer Gator Bowl has adopted the NFL Clear Bag Policy.

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into TIAA Bank Field, the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl will limit the size and type of bag that may be brought into the stadium. We strongly encourage fans to not bring any type of bags but outline what is permissible. Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12.” *Clear Bags available at all Fan Information Booths and Will Call locations.
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
  • Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.

Any medically necessary items must be pre-approved by the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl. Please contact (904) 798-1700 to be considered for approval. All items will be subject to proper inspection at the entry gate.

19. What items are not allowed in the stadium?

Items restricted from TIAA Bank Field include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Audio or video recording devices or cameras with lenses longer than six inches
  • Food or beverage of any kind (unless for medical reasons)
  • Cans, bottles, coolers or similar containers
  • Firearms, explosives, or other incendiary devices
  • Laser pens/pointer
  • Umbrellas
  • Noisemakers
  • Strollers/Child Carriers
  • Banners, flags or signs that may obstruct the view of patrons, obstruct stadium signage, promote an organization or company, be offensive in language, or pose a safety hazard including those attached to a pole.
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Laptop Computers
  • Any other item deemed unacceptable by Stadium management.
  • Blankets and Seat Cushions are items that are permitted in the Stadium

20. Are there suites available for the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl?
