ESSAY: An 300-500 word essay is required at the end of the application and should be uploaded as a Word or PDF document.

Class of 2027 Essay Question: Tell us about a life lesson or lessons you have learned through your experience in sports and how those lessons have inspired you to make an impact in your community. We want to hear your story, your experiences and your perspective.

Be specific and personal in your response. Consider the ways your experiences as an athlete have shaped who you are, influenced the way you lead or serve others, and inspired you to make a difference in your community.

Authenticity Statement: The selection committee wants to hear directly from you. Your response should reflect your own experiences, ideas and writing. You may use technology for basic proofreading, spelling or grammar assistance, but the content and writing should be your own.
