2021-2022 Committee Membership

The TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Committee has existed as a body of Jacksonville’s strongest advocates for over 50 years. Now a group of 200 men and women who are passionate about sports and the Northeast Florida community, the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Committee continues to push forward the mission of our organization – to enhance and positively impact the quality of life and community pride in Northeast Florida, along with generating economic impact and growth for Northeast Florida through professional and amateur sports.

GENERAL COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP

Annual Benefits for Committee Members include:

• Membership Socials exclusive to TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Members
• Complimentary Tickets to Special Events:
  • TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Chairman’s Pre-Game VIP Party
  • TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Holiday Party (featuring a representative from both universities playing in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl)
• Annual Membership Gift
• Opportunity to Scout College Football Regular-Season Games (Subject to University Policies & Procedures regarding 2021 Scouting)

Additional Benefits for Committee Members include:

• Exclusive pre-sale access to Gator Bowl Sports events
• Recognition in the official TaxSlayer Gator Bowl game program
• Opportunity to participate in seasonal sports promotions – College Football Playoff Pool, NCAA Bracket Challenge, etc.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP (35 & Under)

Annual Benefits for Committee Members include:

• Membership Socials exclusive to TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Members
• Invitation to TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Holiday Party (featuring a representative from both universities playing in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl)
• First Right to Purchase Tickets to Special Events:
  • TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Chairman’s Pre-Game VIP Party

GENERAL COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP

• Committee Membership Fee – $500
  • This fee does not count towards your Committee Fundraising Minimum and is non-transferable and non-refundable. Payment is due in full by August 1, 2021.
    • Please Note: Members who have served for seven consecutive years will have their fee waived.

• Committee Fundraising Minimum – $3,000
  • TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Committee members are required to meet their Committee Fundraising Minimum of $3,000. TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Committee members must reach their minimum fundraising by March 31, 2022 to remain on the committee.
    • Please Note:    1) In-kind services and corporate sponsorship must be approved by Gator Bowl Sports prior to solicitation and services rendered.  2) No transfer of fundraising credit is allowed.

• Committee Ticket Purchase Minimum
  • TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Committee members must purchase a minimum of two (2) TaxSlayer Gator Bowl tickets prior to August 1st.
    • Please Note: Ticket purchase must be equal or greater to the value of two (2) lower bowl sideline tickets and WILL count towards your Committee Fundraising.

• Volunteering Requirement
  • TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Committee members must volunteer for a minimum of one (1) volunteer position at a TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Event prior to January 2, 2022.

• Scouting 
  • TaxSlayer Gator Bowl members that serve as an official bowl scout for a game throughout the year must complete the Scouting Contract prior to receiving credential for the game. *Subject to University Policies & Procedures regarding 2021 Scouting

• Membership Agreement Form
  • The below Membership Agreement form must be completed no later than June 15, 2021 in order to participate in the 2021-2022 membership year.
